One-On-One Counseling
I provide one-on-one nutrition counseling from my office in Cambridge, located in the heart of Harvard Square. Phone consultations are also available. I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim insurance. If I do not take your insurance, I can also provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes.

Group Counseling
I currently provide a 5 week “HealthierYou” nutrition course that is taught in a group setting. I can provide the course at my office, via teleconference, or at your home/office as long as it is within the Cambridge/Boston area.
